Anime-Flohmarkt: Flohmarkt-Gemunkel / Flea market gossip

Der Infosstand, die Garderobe und die Standanmeldung sind bei uns ein Aufgabenbereich. Von den Helfern des Infostandes wird der Einlass der Verkäufer geregelt, sie kontrollieren die Standtickets und führen alle zu ihren jeweiligen Standflächen. Um auf eventuelle Schwierigkeiten schnell und gut reagieren zu können, sind unsere Leute, die im Vorfeld die Online-Anmeldungen bearbeitet haben, auch dort als Helfer eingesetzt.

Während des Flohmarktes selbst müssen unser Helfer am Infostand den Besuchern zu allerlei Dingen Auskunft geben. Hierfür ist es wichtig, dass sie sich im Vorfeld mit allen Regeln vertraut gemacht haben und über die einzelnen Bereiche und Programmpunkte Bescheid wissen. Alle Informationen dazu bekommen sie ein paar Wochen vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt geschickt, sodass sie Zeit haben, sich in Ruhe alles anzugucken und durchzulesen. So können auch noch mögliche offene Fragen geklärt werden.

Der Infostand dient bei uns auch als Garderobe und somit gehört es auch zu den Aufgaben, die Kleidungsstücke und das Gepäck der Besucher entgegenzunehmen und darauf aufzupassen.

Der/die Bereichsleiter/in von diesem Aufgabenbereich ist auch die Person, die den Auf- und Abbau der Stände regelt und organisiert. Bei ihr fließen allen Informationen zu den Standverkäufern zusammen und sie ist auch die allererste, die früh morgens das Gebäude des Anime-Flohmarktes betritt.

The information, the cloakroom and the registration of the sellers with an own stand are one task area for us. The volunteers of the information stand regulate the entrance of the sellers, they control the stand tickets and lead them all to their respective stands. In order to be able to react quickly and well to any difficulties, our people, who have worked on the online registrations in advance, are also appointed as volunteers there.

During the flea market itself, our volunteers at the information have to give visitors information about all sorts of things. For this, it is important that they have familiarized themselves with all the rules in advance and know everything about the individual areas and activites. All the information is sent to them a few weeks before the Anime Flea Market, so that they have time to look at everything and read through it all. So possible unanswered questions can also be clarified.

The information also conduce as a cloakroom for us and therefore it is one of the tasks to receive the clothes and luggage of the visitors and to take care of them, too.

The division manager of this scope is also the person who regulates and organises the assembly the dismantling of the stands. He/She has all the information about the sellers with an own and he/she is also the very first to enter the building of the Anime Flea Market early in the morning.

Bevor die einzelnen Aufgabenbereiche des Anime-Flohmarktes durchgegangen werden, möchten wir euch heute zunächst einmal kurz erläutern, wie wir intern aufgestellt sind. Wir haben keine zentrale Helferorganisation. Stattdessen haben wir unsere verschiedenen Teams wie z.B. das Team für die Standverkäufer, das für den Bring&Buy oder auch unser Social Media-Team. Jedes von ihnen hat eine/n Bereichsleiter/in und die Person ist dann auch der Ansprechpartner für die ihm/ihr unterstellten Helfer. Die Teams arbeiten recht unabhängig von einander. Unsere Leute vom Spielebereich z.B. treffen sich vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt um die Regeln der Spiele zu lernen, die wir bei uns anbieten. Die Helfer vom Bring&Buy und der Auktion hingegen setzen sich mit unseren AGB auseinander, sodass sie euch vor Ort Fragen beantworten können. Deswegen fangen wir auch jetzt schon an, nach Helfern zu suchen, denn wir müssen euch im Vorfeld einarbeiten können.
Ein paar Monate vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt machen dann unsere Bereichsleiter eine Vorbesprechung. Dort tauschen sie sich aus, was ihre jeweiligen Teams konkret geplant haben und sie überlegen, wie sie die einzelnen Sachen koordinieren.

Ein wichtiger Aspekt sind auch eure Einsatzzeiten als Helfer. Wir halten mit allen von euch Rücksprache. Ihr erhaltet anschließend mehrere Wochen vor dem Flohmarkt einen festgesetzten Einsatzplan. Selbstverständlich beinhaltet er auch Zeitfenster, in denen ihr euch selbst auf dem Anime-Flohmarkt umschauen könnt. Außerdem ist es bei uns üblich, dass ihr entweder beim Auf- oder beim Abbau mithelft, nicht aber bei beidem.

Für euch als Helfer gibt es, im Rahmen unserer Möglichkeiten, auch ein paar Gegenleistungen. Es gibt ein kleines Helfergeschenk, ihr bekommt eines unserer pinken Stirnbänder, ihr könnt gebührenfrei Sachen am Bring&Buy und bei der Auktion verkaufen, als Mittagessen bekommt ihr ein Bento und ihr dürft euch ohne Limit kostenfrei durch unser Café futtern und trinken.

Before going through the individual tasks of the Anime Flea Market, we would like to explain to you today how we are positioned internally. We do not have a central organisation of the volunteers. Instead, we have our various teams, such as the team for the sellers with a stand, the Bring&Buy team or our social media team. Each of them has a division manager and he/she is then also the contact person for the volunteers under his/her control. The teams work quite independently of each other.Our folks from the games area, for example, meet in front of the anime flea market to learn the rules of the games we offer. The volunteers of Bring&Buy and the auction, on the other hand, deal with our GTC so that they can answer your questions on site. That's why we're starting to look for helpers right now, because we need to be able to train you.
A few months before the Anime Flea Market, our division managers make a preliminary meeting. There, they exchange ideas about what their respective teams have planned and they think about how they coordinate the individual things.

An important aspect is also your operating time as a volunteer. We consult with all of you. You will then receive a fixed operation schedule several weeks before the flea market. Of course, it also includes time slots in which you can look around the Anime Flea arket yourself. In addition, it is common for us to help with either the assembly or dismantling, but not both.

For you as volunteers, there are also a few things in return, within the limits of our possibilities. There is a small gift, you get one of our pink headbands, you can sell things free of fees at Bring&Buy and at the auction, as lunch you get a bento and you can eat and drink for free in our café without a limit.

Auch wenn wir das große Glück hatten, in diesem Jahr unseren Anime-Flohmarkt nicht absagen oder verschieben zu müssen, so geht Covid-19 auch an uns nicht vorbei. Ein paar kleinere Sachen waren sogar wir schon gezwungen umzuplanen. Im Moment ist noch ungewiss, für wie lange die Verbote und Einschränkungen gelten werden. Dementsprechend können wir auch noch nicht sagen, was das für den kommenden Anime-Flohmarkt bedeuten wird.

Unser Plan sieht vor, dass wir im September die Standanmeldung starten und entsprechend müssen wir relevante Entscheidungen bis August treffen. Wir werden dann ein Posting veröffentlichen, in dem wir euch über wichtige Änderungen und Folgen aufklären. Bis dahin werden wir zunächst so agieren, als ob es für uns keine Konsequenzen gäbe und unsere Arbeit wie geplant fortsetzen, sofern es möglich ist.

Wie beim letzten Mal angekündigt, werden wir ab nächster Woche anfangen, alle Aufgabenbereiche vom Anime-Flohmarkt vorzustellen, für die wir momentan Helfer und Organisatoren suchen. Um euch nicht geballt mit den ganzen Infos zu erschlagen, werden wir nun jeden Dienstag um 20 Uhr ein Posting dazu veröffentlichen.

Even if we were very lucky not to have to cancel or postpone our Anime Flea Market this year, covid-19 does not miss us either. A few small things even we were forced to reschedule. At the moment, it is still uncertain how long the bans and restrictions will apply. Accordingly, we cannot yet say what this will mean for the upcoming Anime Flea Market.

Our plan is that we will start the stand registration in September and accordingly we have to make relevant decisions by August. We will then publish a posting in which we will inform you about important changes and consequences. Until then, we will act as if there are no effcts for us and continue our work as planned, if possible.

As announced last time, from next week we will start to present all the areas of responsibilities of the Anime Flea Market, for which we are currently looking for helpers and organizers. In order not to overcharge you with the agglomerated information, we will now publish a posting every Tuesday at 8 p.m..

Der Anime-Flohmarkt ist schon wieder über einen Monat her. Wir haben uns nun etwas ausgeruht und die Veranstaltung intern ausgewertet.

Wir möchten uns an der Stelle zunächst bei allen Zeichnern, Bastlern und anderen Künstlern bedanken. Ab diesem Jahr hatten wir sehr strenge Regelungen, was Urheberrechtsverletzungen angeht und haben damit einen Weg eingeschlagen, der sehr konträr zu anderen Veranstaltungen ist. Entgegen unseren Befürchtungen haben fast alle von euch das sehr positiv aufgenommen. Ihr seid uns mit viel Verständnis und Akzeptanz gegenübergetreten, sowohl im schriftlichen Kontakt vorher als auch vor Ort selbst. Daher an der Stelle ein großes Danke dafür! :) Es hat uns großen Spaß gemacht, mit euch zusammenzuarbeiten.

Unser Anime-Flohmarkt hat sich in diesem Jahr in vielerlei Hinsicht vergrößert. Wir hatten eine viel größere Fläche als noch 2019, das Rainbow Cake hat sich stark vergrößert und seine Speisekarte u.a. um Takoyaki und viele Kaffeevariationen erweitert und auch unser Spielebereich ist gewachsen und hat mit Machi Koro ein weiteres japanisches Spiel in sein Sortiment aufgenommen.

Womit wir nicht gerechnet haben ist, wie stark unsere Besucherzahlen im Vergleich zum Vorjahr ansteigen würden. Es hat uns natürlich unglaublich gefreut, dass ihr so zahlreich erschienen seid. Andererseits brachte es aber auch unser Helfer- und Organisationsteam an seine Grenzen. Wir hatten deutlich mehr Helfer als noch 2019 und gingen davon aus, personell gut aufgestellt zu sein. An der Stelle möchten wir uns auch nochmal dafür entschuldigen, dass unser Café spontan für eine Zeit lang geschlossen wurde. Unsere Maids und Butler mussten sich dringend ausruhen, aber der Ansturm dort war so groß, dass es nicht möglich war, zwischendurch eine adäquate Pause zu machen.

Aus dem Grund suchen wir für den Anime-Flohmarkt 2021 viele neue Helfer und sogar auch ein paar Bereichsleiter (Organisatoren). In den kommenden Wochen werden wir euch deshalb hier alle Aufgabenbereiche vorstellen und wenn ihr Lust habt, uns zu unterstützen, meldet euch einfach bei uns.

The Anime Flea Market is already over a month ago. We have now rested a bit and evaluated the event internally.

We would like to start by thanking all illustrators, tinkerer and other artists. As of this year, we have had very strict rules on copyright infringements, and we have thus strike on a path that is very contrary to other events. Contrary to our fears, almost all of you have received this very positively. You have met us with a lot of understanding and acceptance, both in written contact beforehand and on site itself. So we would like to say thank you very much for that! :) We enjoyed working with you a lot.

Our anime flea market has grown in many ways this year. We had a lot bigger area than in 2019, the Rainbow Cake has greatly expanded and expanded its menu with takoyaki and many coffee variations among others and also our gaming area has grown and has with Machi Koro another Japanese game in its assortment included.

What we did not expect is how much our visitor numbers would increase compared to the previous year. Of course, we were incredibly pleased that you appeared so numerous. On the other hand, our team of helpers and organizers also pushed it to its limits. We had significantly more helpers than in 2019 and expected to have enough volunteers. At this point we would like to apologize again for the fact that our café was closed spontaneously for a while. Our maids and butlers had to rest urgently, but the rush there was so great that it was not possible to take an adequate break in between.

For this reason, we are looking for many new helpers and even a few division managers (organizers) for the Anime Flea Market 2021. In the coming weeks we will therefore present all areas of responsibility here and if you would like to support us, just contact us.

Außerdem wird es noch ein weiteres Highlight geben. In der Zeit von 14 - 18 Uhr könnt ihr zu jeder vollen Stunde dort gegen Charaktere aus Yu-Gi-Oh! und Pokémon in Duellen antreten und dabei Spielkarten gewinnen. Die Cosplayer werden trotzdem auch noch unsere typischen pinken Stirnbänder tragen, sodass ihr sie erkennen könnt.

Don't forget our gaming area, where you can try Shogi, Koi Koi and more games again this year. This time we also have Machi Koro new with us.

There will be another highlightm, too. In the time from 2 pm to 6 pm you can compete every hour against characters from Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon in duels, winning playing cards. The cosplayers will still wear our typical pink headbands so you can spot them.

Zum ersten Mal wird in diesem Jahr unser Maid- und Butler-Café eigenes Merchandise anbieten. Es gibt kleine Karten mit dem japanischen Hiragana- und Katakana-Alphabet, einen Stickerbogen und als besonderes Highlight ein eigenes Hanafuda-Kartenset.

Im Spielebereich könnt ihr die Hanafuda-Karten auch gleich in Aktion sehen. Unsere Helfer dort benutzen eben jenes Kartenset, um mit euch Koi Koi zu spielen.

For the first time, our Maid and Butler café will offer its own merchandise in this year. There are small cards with the Japanese Hiragana and Katakana alphabet, a sticker sheet and as a special highlight an own Hanafuda card set.

In the gaming area you can also see the Hanafuda cards in action. Our volunteers there use that card set to play Koi Koi with you.

Heute nochmal zusammengefasst ein paar Informationen für unsere Standverkäufer. Wir fassen hier die wichtigsten Punkte aus unseren AGB zusammen.

Jetzt haben wir noch Zeit, Sachen zu klären. Kurz vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt ist das für uns immer sehr schwierig.

Übertragbarkeit der Standtickets

Wir möchten auch noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass der Weiterverkauf der Standtickets verboten ist (AGB §2.1) und wir das beim Einlass auch kontrollieren. Es geht uns hierbei darum, einen Weiterverkauf zu Wucherpreisen zu verhindern.

Habt ihr bei der Anmeldung "alternative Vertragspartner" angegeben, könnt ihr das Standticket auf diese Personen umschreiben lassen (AGB §2.2). Solltet ihr also in einer Gruppe einen Tisch gemietet haben und der eigentliche Vertragspartner erkrankt z.B., habt ihr so auch ohne ihn die Standfläche sicher.

Unabhänging von den Vertragspartnern könnt ihr euch mit so vielen Leuten eine Standfläche teilen, wie ihr möchet (AGB §2.3). Also auch wenn ihr z.B. euch zu neunt einen Stand teilt, ist das in Ordnung.

Auf- & Abbau

Auf euren Standtickets steht eine Auf- und Abbauzeit. Die sind bindend. Das hat organisatorische, aber auch Sicherheitsgründe (AGB §3.1 und §3.2). Dazu hatten wir vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt 2019 schon mal ein Posting veröffentlicht, was die Hintergründe erklärt.

Tischdecken

Wir stellen euch welche, egal ob Osaka-, Yokohama- oder Tokyo-Standticket. Eigene könnt ihr auch benutzen. Die müssen dann aber zwingend schwer entflammbar sein, sprich der Brandschutzklasse B1 nach Din 4102 entsprechen und ihr müsst eine Kopie des Zertifikates mitbringen (AGB §1.4).

Urheberecht

Wir gestatten nicht den Verkauf von nicht offizielle lizenzierten Sachen. Darunter fallen auch Fanarts oder andere selbsthergestellte Sachen zu Animes, Mangas, Videospielen, usw. . Für Fragen hierzu werft bitte einen Blick auf unser Posting vom 17. September 2019.

Now we have time to sort things out. Just before the anime flea market, this is always very difficult for us.

Transferability of stand tickets

We would also like to point out once again that the resale of the stand tickets is prohibited (GTC §2.1) and we also check this at the entrance. Our aim here is to prevent resale at usurious prices.

If you have specified "alternative contractual partners" at the time of registration, you can have the stand ticket rewritten to these persons (GTC §2.2). So if you have booked a table in a group and the actual contractor falls ill, for example, you have the stand area safe without him.

Independent of the contractual partners, you can share a stand with as many people as you like (GTC §2.3). So even if you share a stand with nine people, that's fine.

Assembly & Dismantling

On your stand tickets there is a assembly and dismantling time. They are binding. This has organizational, but also security reasons (GTC §3.1 and §3.2). Before the Anime Flea Market in 2019, we had already published a posting explaining the background.

Tablecloth

We'll provide you with some, whether it's Osaka, Yokohama or Tokyo stand tickets. You can also use your own. However, they must then be flame retardant, i.e. comply with the fire protection class B1 according to Din 4102 and you must bring a copy of the certificate with you (GTC §1.4).

Copyright

We do not allow the sale of not official licensed items. This includes fanarts or other self-made items related to animes, mangas, video games, etc. . For questions, please take a look at our posting of September 17, 2019.
