Helferorganisation / Organization of the volunteers
Bevor die einzelnen Aufgabenbereiche des Anime-Flohmarktes durchgegangen werden, möchten wir euch heute zunächst einmal kurz erläutern, wie wir intern aufgestellt sind. Wir haben keine zentrale Helferorganisation. Stattdessen haben wir unsere verschiedenen Teams wie z.B. das Team für die Standverkäufer, das für den Bring&Buy oder auch unser Social Media-Team. Jedes von ihnen hat eine/n Bereichsleiter/in und die Person ist dann auch der Ansprechpartner für die ihm/ihr unterstellten Helfer. Die Teams arbeiten recht unabhängig von einander. Unsere Leute vom Spielebereich z.B. treffen sich vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt um die Regeln der Spiele zu lernen, die wir bei uns anbieten. Die Helfer vom Bring&Buy und der Auktion hingegen setzen sich mit unseren AGB auseinander, sodass sie euch vor Ort Fragen beantworten können. Deswegen fangen wir auch jetzt schon an, nach Helfern zu suchen, denn wir müssen euch im Vorfeld einarbeiten können.
Ein paar Monate vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt machen dann unsere Bereichsleiter eine Vorbesprechung. Dort tauschen sie sich aus, was ihre jeweiligen Teams konkret geplant haben und sie überlegen, wie sie die einzelnen Sachen koordinieren.
Ein wichtiger Aspekt sind auch eure Einsatzzeiten als Helfer. Wir halten mit allen von euch Rücksprache. Ihr erhaltet anschließend mehrere Wochen vor dem Flohmarkt einen festgesetzten Einsatzplan. Selbstverständlich beinhaltet er auch Zeitfenster, in denen ihr euch selbst auf dem Anime-Flohmarkt umschauen könnt. Außerdem ist es bei uns üblich, dass ihr entweder beim Auf- oder beim Abbau mithelft, nicht aber bei beidem.
Für euch als Helfer gibt es, im Rahmen unserer Möglichkeiten, auch ein paar Gegenleistungen. Es gibt ein kleines Helfergeschenk, ihr bekommt eines unserer pinken Stirnbänder, ihr könnt gebührenfrei Sachen am Bring&Buy und bei der Auktion verkaufen, als Mittagessen bekommt ihr ein Bento und ihr dürft euch ohne Limit kostenfrei durch unser Café futtern und trinken.

Before going through the individual tasks of the Anime Flea Market, we would like to explain to you today how we are positioned internally. We do not have a central organisation of the volunteers. Instead, we have our various teams, such as the team for the sellers with a stand, the Bring&Buy team or our social media team. Each of them has a division manager and he/she is then also the contact person for the volunteers under his/her control. The teams work quite independently of each other.Our folks from the games area, for example, meet in front of the anime flea market to learn the rules of the games we offer. The volunteers of Bring&Buy and the auction, on the other hand, deal with our GTC so that they can answer your questions on site. That's why we're starting to look for helpers right now, because we need to be able to train you.
A few months before the Anime Flea Market, our division managers make a preliminary meeting. There, they exchange ideas about what their respective teams have planned and they think about how they coordinate the individual things.
An important aspect is also your operating time as a volunteer. We consult with all of you. You will then receive a fixed operation schedule several weeks before the flea market. Of course, it also includes time slots in which you can look around the Anime Flea arket yourself. In addition, it is common for us to help with either the assembly or dismantling, but not both.
For you as volunteers, there are also a few things in return, within the limits of our possibilities. There is a small gift, you get one of our pink headbands, you can sell things free of fees at Bring&Buy and at the auction, as lunch you get a bento and you can eat and drink for free in our café without a limit.
