Anime-Flohmarkt: Flohmarkt-Gemunkel / Flea market gossip

Vor einigen Wochen hatten wir unser offenes Treffen gehabt und konnten unser Team auch etwas vergrößern. Wir haben uns dabei auch einen Plan gemacht, was für uns intern die nächsten Schritte sein werden. Wann der nächste Anime-Flohmarkt stattfinden wird, werden wir ca. im September öffentlich bekannt geben.

Leider sind wir nach wie vor mit dem Problem konfrontiert, dass wir zu wenig Leute sind, die sich aktiv beteiligen und wir müssen mit der Situation umgehen. Deswegen haben wir uns nun dazu entschlossen, die Betreuung unserer Accounts bei Facebook und X/Twitter einzustellen. Wir werden sie nicht löschen, aber wir werden dort vorerst nichts mehr posten und auch keine Fragen mehr beantworten.

In Zukunft möchten wir noch weitere offene Treffen machen. Für mehr Infos dazu folgt uns bitte auf Animexx, Instagram oder Mastodon.

A few weeks ago we had our open meeting and were able to expand our team a little. We have also drawn up a plan of what the next steps will be for us internally. We will announce when the next Anime Flea Market will take place in September.

Unfortunately, we are still faced with the problem that there are not enough people, who take part actively and we have to deal with the situation. For this reason, we have now decided to stop look after our accounts on Facebook and X/Twitter. We won't delete it, but we won't post anything there for the time being and we won't answer any more questions.

Morgen, 18. Februar, findet in Berlin unser offenes Treffen statt. Um 14 Uhr geht es los.

Die Tagesordnung und alle weiteren Infos könnt ihr euch in unserem Animexx-Event oder auf Fuyamu ansehen. Bitte bedenkt, dass wir nicht über einen nächsten Anime-Flohmarkt reden werden, sondern es erst einmal darum geht, unsere Organisationsstruktur neu aufzubauen.

Wenn ihr dabei sein wollt, kommt einfach vorbei. Bitte bringt ggf. etwas zum Essen und Trinken für euch selbst mit. Zwar haben wir auch Kleinigkeiten vorbereitet, aber da wir sowas zum ersten Mal machen, können wir die Mengen nur schwer einschätzen.

Wir werden morgen in einem Raum etwas weiter hinten im Gebäude sein und es sind noch andere Leute vor Ort. Vielleicht müsst ihr uns etwas suchen, aber wir kleben auf jeden Fall ein Schild an die Tür.

If you want to be there, just come around. Please bring something to eat and drink for yourself if necessary. We've also prepared some snacks, but as this is the first time we've done something like this, it's difficult to estimate the quantities.

We will be in a room a little further back in the building tomorrow and there are other people on site. You might have to look for us, but we'll definitely put a sign on the door.

Nach langer Pause gibt es heute ein paar Neuigkeiten von uns. Wie ihr euch vielleicht schon denken könnt, werden wir in 2024 keinen Anime-Flohmarkt veranstalten. Allerdings möchten wir im kommenden Winter wieder durchstarten. Dafür brauchen wir eure aktive Unterstützung.

Der Anime-Flohmarkt ist eine ehrenamtlich organisierte Veranstaltung. D. h. wir benötigen Personen, die unentgeltlich mithelfen, ihn auf die Beine zu stellen. Uns fehlen vor allem Leute, die bei den vorbereitenden Aufgaben mitwirken. Daher rufen wir euch heute dazu auf: Kommt in unser Organisations-Team und helft mit, sodass es hoffentlich noch viele weitere Anime-Flohmärkte geben wird!

Gerade jetzt ist ein perfekter Zeitpunkt dafür, denn wir haben uns auch dazu entschieden, dass es nach all den Jahren mal unerlässlig ist, unsere gesamte interne Struktur zu hinterfragen und von Grund auf neu aufzubauen. Hieran könnt ihr auch direkt schon mitarbeiten und so Einfluss auf die Ausgestaltung nehmen. Eine grobe Richtung, in die es gehen soll, steht bereits und könnt ihr euch hier angucken.

Richtig los geht es dann am Sonntag, den 18. Februar 2024 in Berlin, denn dort werden wir ein Offenes Treffen zur Erneuerung unseres Organisations-Teams veranstalten. Möchtet ihr uns zukünftig unterstützen, schaut vorbei!
 

After a long break, here's some news from us today. As you may already have guessed, we will not organize an Anime Flea Market in 2024. However, we would like to start again next winter. For this we need your active support.

The Anime Flea Market is an event organized on a voluntary basis. This means that we need people to help organize it for free. Above all, we need people to help with the preparatory tasks. That's why we're calling on you today: Join our organization team and help so that hopefully there will be many more Anime Flea Markets!

Now is the perfect time to do this, because we have also decided that after all these years it is essential to scrutinize our entire internal structure and renew entirely. You can also join in directly to this and thus influence the our organization. A rough outline of the direction we want to take already exists and you can take a look at it here (available only in German).

Things will really get going on Sunday, 18 February 2024 in Berlin, where we will be organize an open meeting to renew our organizational team (in German language). If you would like to support us in the future, come around!

Wir haben den Fehler gefunden. Ein Update von einem Plugin war schuld. Um 22 Uhr legen wir nun definitiv mit der Standanmeldung los.

Schlechte Neuigkeiten. Trotzt unzähliger Testanmeldungen im Vorfeld, zickt die Anmeldung auf unserer Website gerade rum. Wir müssen daher leider kurzfristig umplanen.

Entweder werden wir die Anmeldung heute verzögert um 22 Uhr starten. Falls wir das Problem bis dahin nicht lösen, starten wir die Standanmeldung morgen um 20 Uhr.

Wir posten später dazu nochmal ein Update. Entschuldigt bitte die Umstände!

Bad news: Despite countless test registrations in advance, the registration on our website is currently refuses to work. We therefore unfortunately have to reschedule at short notice.

Ein paar Neuigkeiten zum kommenden Anime-Flohmarkt: wir werden die Anmeldephase für die Stände ca. Ende Februar starten.

Einige Wochen vorher werden wir wieder alle wichtigen Infos auf unserer Website veröffentlichen, sodass ihr euch im Vorfeld schon alles durchlesen könnt. Bitte macht das, denn sehr viele Fragen, die Leute immer an uns richten, werden dort schon beantwortet.

Wie ihr es von uns aus vergangenen Jahren kennt, werdet ihr euch eure Standflächen bei der Anmeldung aussuchen können und es gibt selbstverständlich auch wieder Lunchpakete, die ihr euch als Verkäufer/innen zu Beginn des Flohmarktes an euren Stand liefern lassen könnt.

A few news about the upcoming Anime Flea Market: we will start the registration phase for the stands approx. at the end of February.

Some weeks before we will publish all important information on our website, so that you can read everything in advance. Please do that, because many questions that people always ask us are already answered there.

As you know it from us from previous years, you will be able to choose your stand space when registering and of course there will also be packed lunches that you can have delivered to your stand as a seller at the beginning of the flea market.

Hallo, liebe Leute!

Wir haben lange nichts mehr von uns hören lassen. Die letzten Monate waren auch für uns nicht einfach. Wir haben quasi permanent die Corona-Infektionszahlen im Blick und jetzt kommt in diesem Winter leider noch eine Gasknappheit dazu. Daher sind wir dieses Jahr erneut mit einer enormen Planungsunsicherheit konfrontiert, die es uns sehr schwer macht.

Aufgrund dessen haben wir nun eine Entscheidung getroffen: Wir werden den nächsten Anime-Flohmarkt im Frühling machen. Markiert euch Samstag, den 27. Mai 2023 im Kalender!

Die Standanmeldungen werden wir voraussichtlich im Februar 2023 starten.

Heißt das, dass der Anime-Flohmarkt in Zukunft dauerhaft im Frühling stattfinden wird? Nun ... das wissen wir auch nicht. Als wir den Flohmarkt ins Leben gerufen hatten, entschieden wir uns bewusst für den Winter, weil in dem Zeitraum keine anderen großen Anime/Manga-Veranstaltungen stattfinden und wir diese lange alljährliche Convention-Pause schade fanden.

Jedoch wollen wir nicht nochmals einen Online-Anime-Flohmarkt machen und sehen uns aufgrund der aktuellen Weltlage dazu gezwungen, einen anderen Termin zu wählen. Wir wissen nicht, wie es nächstes Jahr aussieht und werden es im kommenden Sommer / Herbst entscheiden.

Bitte habt Verständnis für unsere Entscheidung und kommt im Mai zahlreich zu uns nach Berlin!

Hello, dear people!

We haven't let anyone hear from us for a long time. The last few months have not been easy for us either. We have the corona infection numbers almost permanently in view and now this winter unfortunately there is also a gas shortage. Therefore, this year we are again confronted with enormous uncertainty of planning, which makes it very difficult for us.

Based on this, we have now made a decision: We will do the next Anime Flea Market in spring. Mark Saturday, May 27, 2023 in your calendar!

We expect to start stand registrations in February 2023.

Does this mean that the Anime Flea Market will take place in spring permanently in the future? Well ... we don't know either. When we started the flea market, we deliberately chose the winter because there are no other major anime/manga events during this period and we thought this long annual time without conventions was a pity.

However, we don't want to do another Online Anime Flea Market and are forced to choose another date due to the current situation of the world. We don't know what is the matter next year. We don't know what is the matter next year and will decide it next summer / autumn.

Please understand our decision and numerously come to Berlin in May!
