Für den kommenden Anime-Flohmarkt suchen wir noch ein paar ehrenamtliche Helfer/innen, vor allem für unser Maid- und Butler-Café. Wir erwarten jetzt nicht, dass ihr groß Vorerfahrungen mitbringt. Was für uns jedoch enorm wichtig ist, ist das wir zuverlässig mit euch kommunizieren können. Als zentrale Kommunikationsplattform nutzen wir einen Discord-Server. Wenn es ein paar Tage dauert, bis ihr antwortet, ist das kein Problem. Jedoch wenn es so drei oder vier Wochen dauert, bis ihr auf Nachrichten reagiert, dann schon.

We don't expect you to have much previous experience. What is enormously important for us, however, is that we can communicate reliably with you. We use a Discord server as our central communication platform. If it takes a few days for you to respond, that’s no problem. However, if it takes three or four weeks for you to respond to messages, then yes.

Letzten Monat erzählten wir euch, dass wir ehrenamtliche Helfer für unser Team suchen. Das hat vielleicht bei dem ein oder anderen die Frage aufkommen lassen, warum man überhaupt unentgeltlich einen Anime-Flohmarkt organisiert.

Die Antwort ist ganz simpel: es macht Spaß.

Unser Anime-Flohmarkt ist mal ganz klein im Dezember 2015 gestartet, in einem Jugendclub mit ca. 200 Besuchern und 20 Ständen. Mit jedem Jahr versuchten wir dann, etwas zu verbessern oder einfach cooler zu machen. Es ist schön dabei mitzuwirken, dass so eine Veranstaltung immer weiter wächst und jedes Jahr mehr Besucher kommen.

Das führt uns aber zu dem Problem, dass wir ein größeres Team brauchen. Wir suchen momentan wirklich dringend neue, zuverlässige Leute. Bitte teilt daher unsere Beiträge, sodass für uns die Chancen steigen, welche zu finden!

Last month we told you that we are looking for volunteers for our team. This has perhaps raised the question of why you organize an Anime Flea Market for free.

The answer is quite simple: it's fun.

Our Anime Flea Market started very small in December 2015, in a youth club with about 200 visitors and 20 stands. With each passing year, we tried to improve something or just make it cooler. It's nice to be part of the fact that such an event continues to grow and that more visitors come every year.

But that leads us to the problem that we need a bigger team. We are really looking for new, reliable people at the moment. Therefore, please share our postings, so that the chances for us increase to find someone!

Wir suchen momentan auch nach Personen, die die organisatorische und kommunikative Leitung von Bereichen übernehmen. Ganz dringend brauchen wir aktuell jemanden, der/die die Verkaufsstände organisiert und entsprechend den Auf- & Abbau des Anime-Flohmarktes im Gesamten koordiniert. Die Person, die das bisher gemacht hat, ist noch im Team und wird euch im ersten Jahr unterstützen und einarbeiten.

Bei Bereichsleiter:innen setzen wir ein Mindestalter von 18 Jahren voraus. Weitere Infos, was wir erwarten und auf euch zukommt, stehen ebenfalls auf unserer Website.

Gegenleistung

... sind auch auf unserer Website gelistet. Da der Veranstalter des Anime-Flohmarktes ein eingetragener Verein ist, können wir sogar eure ehrenamtliche Tätigkeit offiziell bestätigen. Falls ihr also eine Bescheinigung für eure Bewerbungsunterlagen, eure Schule, etc. brauchen solltet, stellen wir euch die sehr gerne aus.

Division Managers wanted

We are also currently looking for people to take over the organizational and communicative management of divisions. We urgently need someone who organises the stand and coordinates the set up and dismantling of the Anime Flea Market as a whole. The person who has done this so far is still in the team and will support and train you for the first year.

For division managers we require a minimum age of 18 years. More information about what we expect and is coming to you is also available on our website.

... are also listed on our website. Since the organizer of the Anime Flea Market is a registered association, we can even officially confirm your voluntary activity. So if you need a certificate for your application papers, your school, etc., we will be happy to issue them to you.

Heute gibt es eine kleine Auswertung, wie das Kaufen und Verkaufen auf dem Online-Anime-Flohmarkt 2021 aus unserer Sicht lief.

Wann immer man ein neues Konzept umsetzt, ist es schwer vorauszusagen, wie gut es funktionieren wird und entsprechend war es für uns ein recht abenteuerliches Unterfangen in diesem Jahr. An der Stelle möchten wir uns nochmals bei allen Verkäufer:innen bedanken. Das war auch für euch etwas komplett Neues und daher vielen Dank, dass ihr uns so einen Vertrauensvorschuss gewährt und unseren Online-Shop und die verlinkten Verkaufsplattformen ausprobiert habt!

Insbesondere zu unserem Online-Shop möchten wir euch ein paar konkretere Infos geben. Es waren insgesamt ca. 350 Artikel eingestellt und ca. jeder fünfte davon wurde verkauft. Außerdem wurden uns während der Verkaufszeit keine Probleme gemeldet, weder von Käufer:innen noch von Verkäufer:innen und das sehen wir als ein gutes Zeichen an.

Uns sind ein paar Sachen aufgefallen, die man verbessern könnte und die haben wir uns notiert. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt wissen wir allerdings noch nicht, ob wir nochmal einen Online-Anime-Flohmarkt machen werden. Wir hoffen, dass der nächste Flohmarkt wieder offline in Berlin stattfinden kann.

Today there is a little evaluation of how the buying and selling on the Online Anime Flea Market 2021 went from our point of view.

Whenever you implement a new concept, it's hard to predict how well it will work, and accordingly it's been a pretty adventurous venture for us this year. At this point we would like to thank all the sellers once again. This was also something completely new for you and so thank you for giving us your trust and trying out our online shop and the linked sales platforms!

Particularly about our online shop we would like to give you some more concrete information. Altogether about 350 articles were set and about one in five of them was sold. Besides, no problems were reported to us during the sales period, neither by buyers or by sellers and we see this as a good sign.

We've noticed a few things that could be improved and we made a note of them. At this stage, however, we do not know if we will make an Online Anime Flea Market once more. We hope that the next flea market can take place offline in Berlin (Germany) again.

By the way, we are still looking for (honorary) helpers and even division managers and would be happy if you would like to support us. Further information with the descriptions of the tasks and rewards can be found on our website.

Der Termin für den Anime-Flohmarkt nächstes Jahr steht nun schon seit einiger Zeit fest: 29. Januar 2022.

Natürlich bereitet auch uns die leider immer noch anhaltende Pandemie Sorgen. Wir haben uns deshalb dazu entschieden, so vorzugehen wie im letzten Jahr. D. h. wir werden in den nächsten Monaten so handeln, als ob der Anime-Flohmarkt 2022 wieder offline in Berlin stattfinden wird und dann ca. im August / September eine Entscheidung treffen. Sollten wir im Sommer immer noch mit Planungsunsicherheiten konfrontiert sein, werden wir wir am 29. Januar 2022 erneut einen Online-Anime-Flohmarkt umsetzen.

Es ist eine doofe Situation gerade und wir verstehen, dass es mitunter zermürbend und unbefriedigend sein kann. Bitte haltet durch und bleibt gesund!

In 2020 gab es auf dem Anime-Flohmarkt zum ersten Mal eine Schnitzeljagd. Wir möchten in Zukunft noch mehr solcher kleinen, interaktiven Programmpunkte veranstalten. In 2020, there was a scavenger hunt at the Anime Flea Market for the first time. In the future, we would like to organize even more such small, interactive activities. That is why we currently are make up a working group, which organises such actions, and we also need more helpers for this.

Ob für unsere Social Media-Kanäle, unsere Flyer oder Aushänge auf dem Anime-Flohmarkt - wir müssen jedes Jahr so einige Bilder erstellen. Dazu suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen weiteren Grafiker. Hierbei sind für uns ebenfalls Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsbereitschaft wichtig.

Whether for our social media channels, our flyers or posters on the Anime Flea Market - we have to create some pictures every year. As a reinforcement for our team, we are looking for another graphic designer. Reliability and willingness to communicate are also important for us.

We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience and is not a newcomer. This means that you should have worked with image editing programs and created graphics such as logos, flyers, header images or the like before. Therefore, please let us also receive samples of your work so that we can assess whether our expectations match with each other.

Wir posten regelmäßig auf unseren Social Media-Kanälen, unsere Website muss manchmal mit neuen Texten bestückt werden und vereinzelt nutzen wir auch analoge Werbemöglichkeiten. Hierfür suchen wir momentan ein bis zwei neue Werbetexter. Für uns ist hier wichtig, dass ihr gewissenhaft arbeitet, zuverlässig und gut kontaktierbar seid, sodass wir uns im Team abstimmen und anfallende Aufgaben verteilen können. Dann ist natürlich eine Voraussetzung, dass ihr interessante Texte formulieren könnt und eine sehr gute Rechtschreibung habt.

Als Besonderheit kommt noch dazu, dass ihr alle Texte auch immer ins Englische übersetzen müsst. Um Unstimmigkeiten zu vermeiden, sollten die Übersetzungen auch immer möglichst genau sein. Bitte lasst euch davon nicht abschrecken! Unserer Erfahrung nach ist die größte Herausforderung hierbei die eigene Unsicherheit. Außerdem kriegt ihr auch Unterstützung von den anderen Werbetextern.

Bedenkt bitte auch, dass ihr nur dann Werbetexte für den Anime-Flohmarkt formulieren könnt, wenn ihr die Veranstaltung kennt. Entsprechend werdet ihr euch am Anfang in viele Themen reinarbeiten müssen.

We regularly post on our social media channels, our website sometimes has to be filled with new texts and occasionally we also use analogue advertising opportunities. Therefore, we are currently looking for one or two new copywriters. It is important for us that you work conscientiously, are reliable and easy to contact, so that we can coordinate as a team and distribute the incurred tasks. Then, of course, there is a presupposition that you can formulate interesting texts and have a very good orthography.

As a peculiarity, you always have to translate all texts into English, too. In order to avoid discrepancy, the translations should always be as accurate as possible. Please don't be deterred by this! Our experience is that the biggest challenge here is the own insecurity. You also get support from the other copywriters.

Please also keep in mind that you can only formulate advertising texts for the Anime Flea Market if you know the event. Accordingly, you will have to work into many topics at the beginning.
