| Meine Version von Uru. Beschreibung von dA: There she is! :D My version of Uru, or in this case, Uru as a cub. I used to draw Uru as that generic red lioness with an outlander nose etc. Not saying these versions are bad. But I just grew tired of it, and I kinda liked how some people made her golden, so I did that, too. I also did another thing: I tried to draw her rather bulky, and, last but not least, fluffy. I imagine that Uru was a huge - meaning easily dwarfing any male - maned lioness. I also think she was the leader of the Lion Guard of her time, being the strongest. Her older sibling, possibly littermate, was the actual heir to the throne, but died of a disease, thus making Uru the heir. She had quite a pawful to do handling both becoming/being queen and the leader of the guard, but I think that she got a lot of support from her friends in the guard and others. Yeah...what else to say...My Uru doesn't have a diamond shaped marking like so many other versions of her. I think her parents gave her that name not because of any markings of hers, but more as a symbolic meaning. That's it. I think. I gotta say, I love her lots. :love: Sooner or later I will upload a picture of her as a grown lioness. :) Oh, before I forget, I'm doing speedpaints now, and this drawing here was the first one I decided to record.
