| Sorry fürs English liebe Freischalter aber ich hab wirklich keine Zeit/Lust es zu übersetzen wenn ich schonmal endlich Zeit finde wieder was auf Mexx hochzuladen... This... is Nestaron's costume... Or the version that I settled with by now... Because, seriously... I can't "finish" that ever... There are so many things jumping into my face every day that I want different from minute to minute and then back again... That's why I can't design clothes... I am never satisfied... I always want to add stuff... A buckle here, a fold there... So I stop now and just submit it since I am half-way okay with how it is now... I couldn't think of an elaborate background either... and no one said we couldn't use some "attacks" to awesome-y-fy the whole thing... So that's kind of the "poser-version" of Heal Pulse? It's also an Invitation to the Ball gesture... like... you know... reaching out his hand for "her" Ideas for the Costume? Well... I wanted to have a lot of white in it from the beginning on... And yes... the jacket and pants... somewhat military, somewhat victorian... I threw shit together, sue me >__> So I was thinking about the white long leather coat and boots that Prince wore in the "Heaven and Hell" episode from Lexx Season 3... (also because apparently it looks good on chubby people...) Then I was thinking about what mask and IMIDIATELY thought about :iconAngel-or-Opera-Ghost: and then I was like... WAIT I WANNA USE LIKE THE ORIGINAL... and then I was like... wait, black, full face mask... what does that remind me to... Ooooohhhh the Der Schwarze Kapitän from "Die Bockreiter" tv-miniseries... Oh God Yes! So I started doing the basic sketches and then did the outlines and then... I started adding shit... Like the buckles on the boots and redesigned the boots to be laced boots and then I added that random "tribal" on the coat going a bit with the Audino-bangs there in the upper part... I thought about a hat... but very quickly cast that thought aside because NO hat would have looked good on that... or at least not-silly! Those 3 blue scars are a tiny homage to Original!Nestaron... sue me... The colour scheme... GOD how I fucked around with that >_< I wanted the white coat and a lot of white in general... but I also wanted to put some pink in, since he asked Alexia Puffty out for the Ball (why the fuck ever did he do that?! ) And then it started looking too gay so I had to pull down the saturation and then I recoloured the jacket and pants to have #FCC9B9 as it's basic colour... which is the traditional chinese/japanese for Cherry Blossom Colour and incidentally also very close to Audino's Basic colour so that worked and then I wanted to bring in Audino's whole colour scheme somehow and well, that's where the brown comes from... I wanted to have blue in anyway so i could also make the lining blue... And yeah... the "makeup" is based on the Black Captains... but I dragged it more into the blue-part of the colour scale and instead of giving him black emo lipstick he got this kinda icey-mysterious blue-ish metally. Blue because it works in such a nice contrast with his eyes... ^^ And then from an artistic point of view... the yellow from his eyes and hair needed to return in the lower part of the picture to balance it out... so... that's why the metal stuff is golden and not silver (also for better contrast meh ) I have to admit the more I look at it, I can actually say I like how the colours work together... It's not too glaring but it is not a boring mix either... wow, ich bin wirklich beeindruckt! Vor allem von dem vielen Glitzerzeugs, was ihm um die Arme fliegt :3
Von der Kleidung gefallen mir am besten der Mantel und die Stiefel (aber auch unter anderem deswegen, weil ich eig. kein rosa mag xD)
Aber vor allem, weil ich finde, dass der Mantel so schön weht <3
der ist toll *-*
ich muss aber zugeben, dass ich darin niemals Ohrdoch erkannt hätte ^^° Aber ich hab mir jetzt mal andere Ohrdoch-Bilder (ja, Ohrdoch ist ein doofer Name <.<) in deiner Galerie angesehen, und da (auch, wenn man es dann schon weiß ;) ) erkennt man es irgendwie besser :3 scheint an der Maske zu liegen, die hat mich irritiert xD jaa, ich weiß, es steht in der Überschrift: Maskenball xD
Alles zusammen finde ich das Bild jedenfalls sehr schön ;3
Hast du den Char eigentlich ausgeschnitten oder einfach die selbe Hintergrundfarbe genommen, wie Animexx hat?
Finde ich gut :3 egal, was es ist xD
