Shattered - He was Uchiha Sasuke 

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
The lone survivor of that tragic massacre .

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
An Avenger.

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
A loner without need for friends.

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
Who doesn’t need anyone.

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
The only one left to represent the pride of his lost clan.

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
A genius.

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
He had to maintain the standarts.

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
Even before, he was never free of expectations.

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
He had to live up to their expectations.

He was Uchiha Sasuke
Named after a strong ninja.

He was Uchiha Sasuke.
He was strong enough.

An Uchiha didn’t fail.



When he looked into a mirror, he wasn’t surprised to see a boy standing there,
looking completely different.



He saw an Uchiha Sasuke
Who was afraid of being alone.

He saw an Uchiha Sasuke
Longing for someone close to him.

He saw an Uchiha Sasuke
Who wanted his brother to come back home
And hug him and tell him that everything was a bad dream.

He saw an Uchiha Sasuke
Longing for being a child again.

He saw an Uchiha Sasuke
Tired of maintaining standarts

He saw an Uchiha Sasuke
Who had given up on revenge.

He saw an Uchiha Sasuke
Who was tired of showing them what they wanted to see.

He saw an Uchiha Sasuke
Who was broken.

Who failed.



And everytime he looked into a mirror and saw someone like that, he would plunge
his fist into it, shattering it.

And then he’d see himself, reflected and shattered in thousands of broken
little mirrors.

He would walk out of the room, not bandaging his injured hand as a punishment
for being weak and stupid.

And he would go back to being the Uchiha Sasuke he was used to.

Actually, I'm kinda sorry just posting one-shots in english. But I've been
reading english fanfiction for about 9 month or so and everytime an idea gets in
my head, it's english. I can't control it. Recently, I've even been dreaming on
english. I can neither control it, nor stop it, so deal with it and review me. 
(You're allowed to review in german, I actually don't care.) So go on. If there
are some people who would like to read this one-shot but aren't able to, cause
they don't understand, maybe I can get over myself and translate it. We'll see.
