| "What's the matter with him?" is my new Collab with sayuuchin's Oc Belleville berry. I decided that I made two ocs. So you can see there my one Oc Kazumi, a member of the Revolutionary Army and therefore a good friend with Sabo and Koala. The Male Character is Drake Ishigawa, also known as Ryuzaki (jap. Imperial Dragon) is a vice admiral under the command of Sakazuki. I trought it would be a great idea to draw both ocs, because they are a couple. And i had a dialogue in my mind: Berry: What's the matter with him? Kazumi: Oh, he likes my outfit too much ... *giggle* Drake: Kazumi...
