the design of the character is very cool, i like the pic ^^

Oh, this is SO cool. She totally looks like her name.
her face looks so ... mischievous, and with the messy hair adn the zig-zag shapes on her shirt that totally fits the sound of the word "Electric", I think. And the yellow is so nice and sunny, a very happy colour.
I love especially her skirt (wish I had something like that! and the legs to look good in it, too!), the lace stuff on her arms and her hands. The yellow nail varnish is a really good idea as well, I think.
All in all, a lovely, lively picture.
I'm really looking forward to seeing more of your works!
