I think I've already seen this picture some time ago at deviantart.
The background is totally awesome. All those details. I like the architecture it looks like some kind of mixture between european style of houses and oriental houses. I also like the two man on the roof because they're so totally different from each other. One only black and gray and the other one quite colorful.
